Mission Statement
"To bring the love and mercy of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the unsaved, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and salvation through Christ, to set people free by the power of God from sickness and the power of Satan, and to bring the fullness of the Word of God for the perfecting of the Saints into the image of Christ!" [Acts 26:18, Isaiah 61:1-3, Eph 4:11-13]. That is our mission, and our purpose is to do God's will and to finish His work! [John 4:34].
Our Purpose and Focus
Our primary purpose and focus is to glorify and exalt our Lord Jesus Christ (and none other), to win lost souls into His kingdom through the power of The Gospel and the uncompromised preaching of The Word of God, allowing The Holy Spirit to work through us to open the eyes of the unsaved, and to turn them from darkness to light, and to deliver them from the power of Satan and turn them unto God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ! [Acts 26:18, Isaiah 61:1-3].
We also strive to promote a community of genuine love, faith, righteousness, peace and joy, and humility before The LORD, while we continue building on the foundation laid by the apostles and prophets, until we all come to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, and the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, and Christ be fully formed in each one of us! [Ephesians 4:13], [Galatians 4:19].
"For we preach not ourselves [nor anyone else], but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us." [2 Corinthians 4:5-7].
"And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." [Habakkuk 2:2-3].
Let us therefore make our purpose and focus plain...
- All About Jesus
- Our main focus is all about Jesus. "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fullness dwell" [Colossians 1:16-19]. "Thine, O LORD is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name!" [2 Chronicles 29:11-13]
- Evangelism & Soul Winning
- The Lord Jesus Christ commissioned us to preach the Gospel to everyone, as He declared: "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." [Mark 16:15]. "And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd" [John 10:16]. "Now then we are ambassadors for Christ..." [2 Corinthians 2:20]. The Lord Jesus said, "As My Father hath sent me, even so send I you" [John 20:21]. Therefore our purpose is simply "...to do the will of Him that sent us, and to finish His work!" [John 4:34] For more information, please see "International Gospel Ministry".
- Going unto Perfection
- "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God...and this we will do if God permit." [Hebrews 6:1-3]. The Church is built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone [Ephesians 2:20]. We believe all things that are written in the law and the prophets, even if such might be considered heresy by some [Acts 24:14]. Just like the early Church continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship [Acts 2:42], we will continue to build upon the foundation set by the apostles and prophets by boldly declaring the full counsel of God, until we all attain unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ [Ephesians 4:13], and Christ be fully formed in each one of us [Galatians 4:19], and we become a true reflection of Christ's image and glory, even as Christ was of the Father's [Hebrews 1:3]. "For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God... For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.[Romans 8:19,22-23] "Perfect Saints!"
- The Greater Works - Restoration
- "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm..." [Joel 2:25]. "In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old." [Amos 9:11] This promise of complete restoration covers the original apostolic faith and power to God's True Elect, as well as the raising up of a new royal Priesthood to show forth The LORD's highest praises! [1 Peter 2:9]. However, the Church must return to the true and complete Word of God. The LORD also promised that, "...it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light." [Zechariah 14:7]. This Light has returned and is guiding us back into earnestly contending for the true faith which was once delivered unto the saints [Jude 1:3], and finally unto the greater works promised by Our Lord Jesus Christ. "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." [John 14:12].
- Bridging The Generation Gap
- The LORD promised that at the end of the age, He would turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to the fathers [Malachi 4:6]. We will earnestly endeavor to bridge the generation gap. "Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates..." [Deuteronomy 11:18-21]. It is the solemn duty of the older generation to ensure that younger generations do not depart from the original faith of the apostolic fathers. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." [Proverbs 22:6]. "Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set." [Proverbs 22:28].
- Unity of The Faith
- Just before going to the cross, our Lord Jesus Christ passionately prayed for the unity of the Church. "And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are...Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one" [John 17:11,20-22]. Thus, we will provide an environment that promotes real unity of the faith based on the true revelation of the Word of God. When the Elect Saints arrive at this unity, it will propel the Body of Christ into the full image of Christ, then suddenly The LORD will come for His Bride, and we will be translated (leave the earth to heaven without seeing death) to be with The LORD forever! [1 Thessalonians 4:17], [Revelation 12:5].
